At Treetops De-Vegetation Services Ltd, we take pride in delivering safe, high-quality tree cutting, vegetation clearance and land management services to public and private sector clients.
We are already approved on multiple public sector framework agreements, which means we can offer procurement-compliant solutions for councils, NHS trusts, housing associations, schools and colleges.

Our approach is shaped by years of practical experience and by the needs of our clients. We are often involved at the very start of a project, helping to create clear specifications during preliminary market engagement. Many clients also bring us in to review and improve underperforming contracts, providing honest advice and effective solutions.

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards everyone at Treetops, including employees, contractors and partners, must follow to protect our reputation and ensure consistent, reliable service across all locations we serve.

1. Professional Standards

• Provide clear, honest and well-informed advice

• Deliver all work to agreed specifications, on time, and to the highest professional standards

• Only take on work we are qualified and trained to complete safely and effectively

2. Health, Safety and Environmental Responsibility

• Follow all health and safety regulations and site-specific risk assessments

• Wear and maintain the correct PPE for every task

• Protect local habitats, avoid unnecessary environmental damage and work in line with our environmental policy

3. Respect and Communication

• Treat clients, colleagues and the public with courtesy and respect

• Minimise disruption to communities during operations

• Keep client information confidential at all times

4. Compliance and Procurement

• Work in line with all relevant legislation, standards and framework requirements

• Maintain procurement compliance for all public sector contracts

• Support clients in developing clear and realistic specifications that meet their needs

5. Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Regularly review and improve our working practices

• Use the latest equipment and techniques to improve efficiency and sustainability

• Listen to client feedback and act on it to improve our service

6. Social Value and Community Commitment

• Support our Social Value Policy by creating local job opportunities, working with local suppliers and contributing to community projects

• Look for ways to provide added value beyond the contracted work

Everyone representing Treetops is expected to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. If any part of the code is not followed, action may be taken, including removal from site or ending a contract.
